Abdul Rasul Sayyaf Character Nationality: Afghanistan 1985 – Abdul Rab Rasul Sayyaf is a Pashtun Kharotay Ghilzay Pashtun from Baghman in the State of Kabul, Afghanistan state of Kabul, He was born in 1945, and received a BA from Kabul University’s College of Theology, and an MA in Hadith from Al-Azhar University in Cairo.
Miss Saarif emerged as an important Muslim activist in early 1963
when she founded the first Afghan Islamic Movement. While serving as Professor Hadith (sayings of the Prophet) at Kabul University, he sought to unite Afghan Muslims around the principles of Islam through his controversial lectures, publications and propaganda activities. He was tortured for six years and escaped execution by participating in resistance to the Communist uprising in Afghanistan in 1973. After his ouster in 1980, he fled to Peshawar, Pakistan, where he was selected as an
unarmed freelancer to unite the coalition that formed the “Islamic Unity for Afghanistan’s Independence”. Other leaders soon took over the union, while Abdul Rasul Sayyaf converted it into a party under his leadership. Two years later, he joined other factions in a bold war against the Communists, resulting in his expulsion from the country. An eminent Arabic speaker, Saif led delegations to Islamic summit meetings and foreign ministers’ conferences in Abdul Rasul Sayyaf, Islamabad and Niger in the early 1980s to gain the support of his country and his party.
Mr Abdul Rasul Sayyaf, as a strong opponent of the Taliban government, joined the Northern Alliance under the leadership of Ahmad Shah Massoud. In 2005, he renamed his party “Islamic Call Organization of Afghanistan”. In 2007, he was elected to the Constitutional Loya Jirga in Kabul, where he is demanding a general amnesty for former mujahidin.
Sayyaf Tanzim is currently the head of Islamic Afghanistan Afghanistan (Islamic Mission Organization of Afghanistan). His party, the Alliance, is known as the Islamic Brotherhood of Freedom in Afghanistan (Islamic Union for Independence). His party registered the name with the Ministry of Justice on April 25, 2005. Sayyaf Dawat is the founder and director of a private university and also heads the Dawat Radio and Television Group.
Abdul Rasul Sayyaf has been in solidarity with former president Rabbani’s faction Islamic since the Soviet War. As of 2007, Sayyaf is an influential legislator and has demanded a general amnesty for former mujahideen, as well as a bill that would prevent mujahideen from being accused of war crimes, Who will blame him for the deaths of thousands of civilians. General Chat Chat Lounge Sayyaf received the fourth highest number of votes during the Republican elections in Kabul.
A roadside bomb explodes in a convoy of Syaf convoy in 20091120, killing five of its guards. He was attacked in Pagman district, north of Kabul. Sayyaf’s house is in Pugman. The bomb was placed in an irrigation ditch near Pagman – Kabul Road in the Khawaja Passenger area. On September 13, 2008, Abdullah Wardak, 53, the governor of Central Logar, was killed in the same district. Wardak Ustad was one of Sayyaf’s top commanders
Human Rights Watch is listing it as Human Rights Abuser.
Sayyaf is a supporter of President Hamid Karzai (२०१orter1030 201 of a), and in February 2011 he was elected Speaker of the House. They were not selected because they were so close to Karzai.

The Parliamentary Affairs Ministry on 20131019 introduced eight persons to the Wolesi Jirga to replace eight members who participated in the April 5, 2014 elections, and a slain female legislator. He replaced the resigning members of the Assembly, Syed Ishaq Gilani, Syed Hussain Anwari, Abdullah along with Abdul Rasool Sayyaf, Mohammad Muhaqiq, Shah Abdul Ahad Afzali, Syed Hussein Alam Balkhi, Ibrahim Qasimi and Western Herat legislators, Shahnaz Hammati, who died in a road accident in neighboring Iran.
